In mid-March, our company dispatched a project team to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for a week-long equipment installation guidance and business negotiations, achieving substantial results. This Cambodia trip not only demonstrated technical assistance but also marked a crucial milestone in enhancing project execution capabilities through multinational collaboration.
01 Service Beyond Sales
Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, the team immediately commenced work, providing installation, commissioning, and training services for the metal detection machine project supplied by our company under the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) procurement contract. The end-users are four Cambodian fishery processing enterprises. We completed equipment installation, commissioning, and technical training for each facility. The implementation of these devices will significantly improve compliance rates for Cambodia's fishery exports, benefiting local aquaculture families and serving as an important practice in advancing fisheries modernization across Southeast Asia.
Despite challenges in local transportation and language barriers, the team leveraged extensive international project experience and efficient coordination capabilities. Within limited timeframes, they coordinated with multiple clients to conduct equipment training without disrupting production line operations, maximizing efficiency while delivering practical technical support.
During training sessions, we engaged in in-depth communication with clients to fully understand user feedback and practical needs. We conducted equipment testing under simulated production environments and guided operators through repeated practical exercises to ensure proficient operational skills. For enterprises located in remote towns where staff only spoke local languages, we adopted a "dual translation" approach: our engineers first explained technical details in English to local partner engineers, who then conveyed the instructions in native languages to trainees.

Through on site installation and training, we enabled local enterprises to fully master the operation of metal detection equipment while improving their food processing management systems. This not only enhanced the enterprises' competitiveness in domestic and international markets but also helped establish HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) food safety assurance systems, tangibly contributing to Cambodia's food safety standards and industrial capabilities.
02 Multinational Collaboration Earns High Praise
Since 2022, our company has successively won multiple UN procurement projects in Cambodia, supplying substantial equipment and consumables for food processing and laboratory sectors.
Alongside equipment installation and commissioning, the team visited the UN Office in Cambodia to systematically report project progress, equipment performance, and user feedback. We gained in-depth understanding of UN agencies' roles in Cambodia's development and future procurement directions. UN procurement officials highly commended our work as "professional, efficient, responsible, with high-quality tender documents and superior products."
We simultaneously evaluated local Cambodian partners, laying groundwork for future localized supply chains that could shorten delivery time by 30%-50%. We will continue improving product portfolios and technical service systems while deepening collaboration with UN organizations in Southeast Asia to promote more inclusive industrial assistance projects.

This Cambodia trip has not only strengthened our cooperative relationships with UN agencies but also provided valuable experience in integrating technical assistance with localized operations. Whether in international public procurement or traditional commercial trade, our company will collaborate with local partners to continuously enhance project execution capabilities, effectively serve end-users, and empower their technological advancement.
